Learning to drive is a lifelong skill, a job skill and one of the many big steps towards adult independence. And it's not rocket science, anyone can learn to drive, even if you have a minor handicap.
Classroom & Car Instruction required by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Texas Law requires 46 hours for teens age 15-17:
32 hours in the classroom and
14 hours in the car
