Permit and payment MUST BE presented at the beginning of EVERY lesson. If a permit is forgotten, the student is unable to drive.

Since you are able to reserve all 7 lessons over the future 9 weeks, cancellations are NOT ALLOWED. If unable to attend a lesson, the school must be notified by your logging in to cancel. When a cancellation is made, the system will automatically send all the other students an email notifying them of the vacancy and if it is taken, there is no fee. However, if it goes unfilled, a $45 late-cancellation fee is assessed.

If the student does not show up, we call you so you can possibly show up on the 2nd hour, otherwise a No-Show Fee of $45 is issued.

The Student's lesson will abruptly end for any of the following behaviors: repeatedly ignoring the coaching from the Instructor. Sleeping, cell phone or illegal substance use in the back seat observation hour AND no refund will be issued.

I understand that due to scheduling or a 'No Show' my teen may be provided a one-on-one Car Training Lesson.

Refunds are a available for any lessons paid for that were not administered, less a $15 Admin setup fee.
